Hundreds Face Redundancy at Wood Group

Wood Group PSN are to make 200 redundancies.

A total of 750 employees - both on and offshore - are being told their jobs are at risk.

It's believed to have been sparked by Talisman Sinopec moving to a 3 week on, 3 week off rotation.

The company has sent us this statement:

“We continuously review our resource requirements to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our service provision.

‘Wood Group PSN management is working closely with our employees impacted, the GMB and Unite unions.”
