Aberdeen piper gets confirmation of Guiness World Record
An Aberdeen man has just received confirmation that his attempt to pipe for 24 hours straight did in fact break a Guinness World Record.
An Aberdeen man has just received confirmation that his attempt to pipe for 24 hours straight did in fact break a Guinness World Record.
Rikki Evans completed the challenge at the World Piping Championships 2015 in Glasgow in August.
Officials from the Guinness World Record attended the event - and after months of deliberations - told Mr Evans last night that he is now an official world record holder.
He has been raising money for five different charities, including Northsound's Cash For Kids.
