Police are desperately trying to find a 13-year-old girl who has gone missing from her school in Aberdeen city centre.

13-year-old Jessica Trayner, from the Garthdee area of the city, was at Harlaw Academy yesterday when it's thought she left early.

She was then reported missing from her home in Garthdee.

She is described as being approximately 5'1" slim build with shoulder length black hair. When last seen, she was wearing a Harlaw school jumper, white shirt, black trousers and blue trainers.

Police are appealing for anyone with information on Jessica's whereabouts to contact Police Scotland on 101.
