Take That announce 30th anniversary re-issue of 'Nobody Else'

Take That have announced they will be releasing a new version of their 1995 album 'Nobody Else'. The album, which features their hits 'Back for Good', 'Sure', and 'Never Forget', was originally released on 8th May 1995, and peaked at Number 1 in the UK and in many other countries. It has now been certified 2× Platinum.

The band announced the exciting news on Instagram sharing a short promotional video. In the caption they wrote: 'Hard to believe it’s been three decades since Nobody Else first came into the world, and what a ride it’s been! Released in 1995, this album gave us unforgettable moments with Back for Good, Sure, and Never Forget - songs that became part of the fabric of our lives thanks to you 💙

News of the band's re-release was greeted with excitement. One fan wrote: 'Ooh love this!!!! Can’t wait 🙊🙌❤️', with another writing: 'AHHH BEST NEWS EVER! THIS IS A DREAM COMING TRUE 🥹 Thank you'. (sic)

It's been a massive 30 years since the album was released, giving Take That some of their best-known hits. The original version of the album featured 11 songs all written or co-written by Gary Barlow, including three UK Number 1 songs, 'Back for Good', 'Sure', and 'Never Forget'.

What formats is the album available on?

In the video, they confirmed the re-issued album would be available as a 2LP deluxe marbled orange vinyl, 1LP standard black vinyl, 1LP translucent pink vinyl, and 2CD.

All versions are now available to pre-order.

When is the album being re-released?

The new version of the album will be available on 6th June 2025.

Manic Street Preachers released their 15th studio album 'Critical Thinking' on 14th February. The band told Greatest Hits Radio's Ken Bruce the writing process behind the album, saying it wasn't "really particularly thematic".


Nicky said: "I think with this album it was a much more sort of inspirational record, where wherever we had the moment, we're lucky enough to go our own studio. If we have that moment of inspiration, we just pile in and we create as quickly and as practically as we can. So I don't think it's really particularly thematic, it's just the joy of still being able to create really at our age and you know. (We) still have people who want to us."

Tina Turner's breakthrough album 'Private Dancer' will be released to celebrate the album's 40th anniversary. The album was originally released in 1984 and featured songs 'What's Love Got to Do with It', Let's Stay Together' and the iconic title track. '


'Private Dancer' was nominated for album of the year at the 1985 Grammys, and 'What's Love Got To Do With It' and 'Better Be Good To Me' both won Grammy Awards.

Brandi Carlile and Elton John

Elton John and Brandi Carlile have announced a collaborative album called 'Who Believes In Angels?', the duo have already released the title track from the album. The album features 10 tracks and was written in just 20 days following Elton's final tour in 2023.

The Waterboys - 'Life, Death and Dennis Hopper'

The Waterboys announced details of their 16th studio album called 'Life, Death and Dennis Hopper' in January 2025. The album features 25 tracks and ' epic story of the trailblazing American actor and rebel told through a song cycle depicting not only Hopper's story but the saga of the last 75 years of western pop culture.'

David Bowie - 'Ready, Set, Go! (Live, Riverside Studios '03)'

The Doobie Brothers - 'Walk This Road'

On the day the band announced the album in January 2025 they also released two songs 'Walk This Road' featuring Mavis Staples, and 'Call Me'.

ABBA have announced there will be several versions of their third album 'ABBA' to be re-issued as it turns 50 in 2025. The vinyl versions include a 7" boxset includes four singles from the album, and a 2LP format including black vinyl housed in a gatefold sleeve.

Barbra Streisand - 'The Secret Of Life: Partners, Volume Two'

Barbra Streisand has announced she will be releasing her latest studio album 'The Secret Of Life: Partners, Volume Two' in June. The new album will feature many well-known artists such as Paul McCartney, Bob Dylan, James Taylor, Sting, Hozier, Laufey, Sam Smith, Tim McGraw, Josh Groban, Seal, and Mariah Carey & Ariana Grande.

Rod Stewart - 'Ultimate Hits'

Rod Stewart has announced his first solo, career-spanning album, called 'Ultimate Hits'. The album is part of his 80th birthday celebrations, and will feature breakthrough songs 'Handbags and Gladrags' and 'Maggie May', from the early 70s. Madonna

Madonna has revealed she will be re-releasing her 1994 album 'Bedtime Stories', which featured 'Secret', 'Take A Bow', 'Bedtime Story' and 'Human Nature'. She has not yet revealed when it will be released, but she said it would be available on vinyl.
