West Midlands Police are appealing for witnesses and footage after a woman was hit by a car in Birmingham.
Officers were called to Holliday Street in the city centre at around 4.30 this morning (22 June) to reports a woman had been hit by a car which didn’t stop.
She was taken to hospital where she remains with potentially life-threatening injuries.
One man, aged 22, has been arrested on suspicion of wounding, while a woman aged 20 and a man aged 21 have been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
A vehicle, believed to have been involved in the incident, has also been recovered and will be forensically examined.
The investigation is at an early stage and police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage to get in touch.
West Midlands Police would also like to speak to the man pictured here as part of their enquiries.
