A whole host of celebrities and former footballers once again signed-up to take part in the 2022 edition of Soccer Aid, an annual charity football match created to raise money for UNICEF.

Soccer Aid, which was originally set up by Robbie Williams back in 2006, took place on Sunday 12th June, with a number of high profile celebrities and former athletes taking part.

Who won Soccer Aid in 2022?

Although the game ended 2-2, it was the World XI who won the game 4-1 on penalties, with Lee Mack once again scoring the winning pen.

Who were the managers on Soccer Aid 2022?

Harry Redknapp took charge of England, with Chelsea Ladies manager Emma Hayes as his assistant. Line of Duty actress Vicky McClure was also enlisted to help whip the England team into shape.

Former Arsenal manager Arsène Wenger took charge of Rest of the World, with Robbie Keane and actor Idris Elba assisting him.

Drake is a massive Chelsea fan and even had a kick about with the team before a Champions League match back in 2012.

Not only is Aitch good mates with former Manchester United midfielder Jesse Lingard, the rapper also launched the club's 2019 home kit!

Despite also having a soft-spot for her hometown team Newcastle United, Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards showed massive support for Liverpool when her fiancé Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain played for them.
