Motorcyclist dies after collision in Llanover

A man has died after a collision on the A4042.

A collision involved a motorbike and a car, the rider of the motorbike, a man in his 60’s, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

The incident happend on Saturday just before 3pm.

This was before Llanover and the B4269 turn off to Pencroesoped.

South Wales police stated "anyone with relevant information, including dashcam or CCTV footage is asked us to contact us via the Gwent Police website, call 101 or DM us on our Facebook or X social media pages, quoting log reference 2500107258."
