Tune in to 97.4FM, 96.6FM, 96.7FM, 102.5FM and 102.8FM to listen to MFR in Highlands, Moray and Aberdeenshire.

Logging in to listen to MFR

If you've already got an account: Log in by clicking the big 'sign in' button at the top right-hand corner of the website. If you're listening on the app, you will be prompted to sign in as soon as you open the app.

To create an account: Head to the ‘sign in’ button in the corner to create an account or follow the instructions when prompted the next time you access the website or app.

Can I listen to MFR in the car?

If you're in the Highlands, Moray and Aberdeenshire, you can listen to MFR on FM and on DAB in the car. If you're outside the area then you can also download the free Rayo app on your phone, and connect to us via Bluetooth or USB connector.

How can I listen to MFR online?

At the bottom of every page on our website is a play icon, so you can listen as you surf the web.

Wake up with Jodie At Breakfast every weekday morning from 6am-10am on MFR, broadcasting live across the North of Scotland.

Jodie plays the biggest hits and the biggest throwbacks, plus we have all the latest local news, sport and travel. Look out for MFR legend Tich McCooey and Tich’s Mix! Not forgetting chances to win some amazing prizes too!

Greigsy

Join Greigsy weekdays 10am to 1pm as he helps you get through the day. Make sure you tune in for his brilliant hour of throwbacks from 10am. You can join him for a lazy Sunday morning from 9am - until noon too!

Grant Thomson

Join Grant weekdays 1pm to 4pm, including his 'Throwback Takeover' at 2pm and Saturdays 12noon to 2pm, taking your requests.

Garry Spence

Monday - Friday 4pm to 6pm. Garry Spence gets you home from 4pm every weekday. Home to Spence Versus Shazam, the 4.30 Big One and life changing competitions.

Callum Gallacher

Monday - Thursday 7pm - 10pm, join Callum for the biggest hits and biggest throwbacks and some of the biggest names drop by for a chat. On Friday and Saturday from 10pm, Callum keeps the weekend party going until 2am.

GBX

Fridays 7pm to 10pm, join George Bowie as he kicks off the weekend with his brilliant GBX Friday show.

Boogie and Arlene

Saturdays 9am to 12 noon are home to some of the biggest artist and celebrity interviews and a chance for the kids to play 'Wrong To Be Right'.
