WATCH: Grace is put through her paces at Raijin Martial Arts
The Inverness club invited Ginno & Grace to find out more about kickboxing
Every now and again we get emails from a mum called Tracey who tells us what her daughter’s been up to at local kick-boxing club, Raijin Martial Arts.
They train at Highland House, which is just off the Longman in Inverness behind Lorimers and Ginno & Grace recently paid them a visit.
First up Ginno spoke to head instructor Donald Macarthur to find out what they’ve been up to.
Ginno asked him what would be the best move to learn to do and he said a tornado kick - then got an eight-year-old kid to show him how it’s done!
Grace ended up doing some kick boxing with the guys. She learned about what to do at the start of a bout and she spoke to Jason and Ellen who have been kickboxing since they were about three.
Watch the video below to see how Grace got on.
Good luck to the guys from Raijin Martial Arts who are heading to Birmingham this weekend to fight in the British Kickboxing Championships.
