Young woman dies at Highland beauty spot
The 23-year-old got into difficulties at Rogie Falls in Wester Ross
A woman has died after getting into difficulty at a beauty spot in the Highlands.
The 23-year-old fell into the water in the Rogie Falls area of Wester Ross.
Emergency services attended the scene after being called at 1.45pm on Saturday.
Police Scotland said "she was pronounced dead at the scene,"
"There are no suspicious circumstances and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
Rogie Falls are a series of waterfalls near the village of Contin, not far from the popular North Coast 500 tourist route round the Highlands.
