Woman charged in connection with Elgin livestock deaths

80 ducks died on September 12th at Mayne Farm in Elgin

A woman has been arrested and charged in connection with worrying livestock on a farm after ducks and sheep were killed by two dogs in Elgin.

On Monday, September 12th at Mayne Farm, 80 ducks died. On Monday September 19th at the same location, four sheep were also killed.

A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal and the 42-year-old woman is expected to appear at court at a later date.
