A 77-year-old woman has died in hospital after being hit by a car on the B9161 at Bogallan.
A 77-year-old woman has died in hospital after being hit by a car on the B9161 at Bogallan.
She has been named by police as Margaret MacLaren, from the Black Isle.
The collision took place near the village of Munlochy on the Black Isle at about 22:15 on Tuesday 17th of November.
The road between Munlochy and the A9 junction was closed overnight and for much of the day while investigations were carried out.
