Scotland's strongest men have given MFR's Ginno at Breakfast show a lift this morning.
Invergordon's Luke Stoltman was crowned Scotland's strongest man at the weekend for a 4th year running, and he came into our studios with the country's number two - brother Tom.
Thirty-two-year-old Luke has told MFR News that they eat a week's worth of food every day.
