Invergordon lad talks about stroke ordeal

Published 14th Jun 2016

An Invergordon teenager has recovered from a stroke he suffered when he was just 14-years-old.

Andy Wells, now aged 16, has spoken to MFR News to share his story, which he hopes will inspire other people who feel as though they're living without hope of recovery.

It's been 2-years since he went through the ordeal, and now Andy feels ready to talk about his ordeal.

It forced him to leave school after he was left without any memory of who his friends were, or how to find his way around the site.

Our charity MFR Cash for Kids has helped the Highland student's studies by contributing towards a special laptop to help him through his course.
