Lossiemouth double-Gold Olympic champ Heather Stanning is calling on girls and young women to chase their dreams.
In an inspiring video message the 31-year-old rower urges them to be individuals, and not copy their friends.
Yesterday the local council awarded Heather the region's highest honour, the Freedom of Moray.
It came after her Gold medal victory with partner Helen Glover at the Rio Games.
