An MFR News appeal has helped reunite a young woman from Dores with her lost photo memories.

Thousands of you watched our video post on the MFR Facebook page, which was posted to our wall this morning.

It showed a Minion-themed USB memory stick, which had been left on an Inverness bus.

Mark Bown, 41, from Inverness, contacted MFR News and told us of his family's discovery as they travelled on the number four Stagecoach service between South Kessock and Milton of Leys.

BELOW: the video appeal went out across social media this morning...

He told us on-air earlier: "I would be very disappointed myself if I lost pictures like this.

"They're really good, and the owner may not have a backup of them.

"They've been to the Highland Wildlife Park, the beach, and Urquhart Castle, and there are also photos from a trip to Poland in 2014."

The Minion flash drive was later claimed by its owner - who didn't even know it was missing!
