Travellers Move Away From Caley Thistle Stadium
The club secured a legal order to have the encampment moved.
A Sheriff showed the red card to a group of travellers who had occupied land near Tulloch Stadium, the home of Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
The Premiership club were due to open their season at home to Motherwell tomorrow (Saturday).
But around a dozen caravans moved into the club's overflow car park adjacent to the main one.
ICT went to court and this morning, Sheriff Gordon Fleetwood granted a decree which allowed Sheriff's Officers to evict the travellers if they had not removed themselves by 5pm.
The club were informed by the travellers that they would move on by the late afternoon.
