Search for car after teenager attacked in Rosemarkie
A 15 year old boy needed hospital treatment after reports of an assault.
A teenage boy suffered a head injury in Rosemarkie on the Black Isle on 23 July 2019 around 9.30pm.
The incident happened on Manse Brae leaving the youngster needing treatment for non-life threatening injuries at Raigmore Hospital in Inverness.
Police said they are investigating and looking for details about a small dark-coloured car seen in the area around the time of the incident.
Detective Constable John Beverley said: 'We are carrying out enquiries to establish the full circumstances of this incident. These enquiries are at an early stage and anyone who can help is urged to come forward.
'A small dark-coloured car is believed to have been in the area around that time and we would ask anyone who could help us identify that vehicle or its occupants to come forward as they have information which could assist our enquiries.
