Teen appears in court charged with murder after death of bus driver in Elgin

A 15-year-old boy has appeared at Elgin Sheriff Court charged with the murder of bus driver Keith Rollinson.

The 58-year-old passed away in hospital following an incident at the town's bus station on Friday night.

Appearing privately, the teenager made no plea and was committed for further examination.

For legal reasons, the boy cannot be named.

He's been remanded in custody and is due to make another court appearance within eight days.
