The injuries from the bull mastiff have seen the boy transferred to ARI for further treatment.
A 6-year-old boy's been left badly injured following a dog attack in Inverness.
Police report it took place at the Culduthel Mains Gardens area around 2.45pm on Thursday, with a bull mastiff breed being involved in the incident.
The boy was taken to Raigmore Hospital locally, but then was transferred to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for specialist treatment for serious facial injuries.
