A four-day court hearing into the tragic death of a pensioner from Kingussie has finished.

Margaret Forrest died after being given the wrong medication by a pharmacy from the town.

The 86-year-old's family had already heard an apology from Boots The Chemist over the mix up which caused Margaret Forrest to be given someone else's medication.

The Fatal Accident Inquiry's been hearing of the moments that led to the pensioner's death in November 2013.

But at Inverness Sheriff Court, Boots has insisted that its standard operating procedures don't need to be changed, because an unidentified person was to blame.

Margaret's family say they don't agree, and they're disappointed that the key witness - Nicola Ferguson, who managed the pharmacy at the time - did not give evidence.

The Sheriff will come to a conclusion at a later date.
