Elgin City have confirmed Ross Draper as their new manager.

The former ICT and Ross County midfielder has signed a 3-year-deal after being part of the management team which kept the Black and Whites in League 2.

Charlie Charlesworth, Steven Dunn and Draper took over after Gavin Price left the club earlier this season.

In a statement issued tonight, Elgin City said: "We are delighted to announce that we have just signed Ross Draper as our new Manager on a three year deal.

"Ross, we believe, has great potential as a new, up and coming young Manager.

"He has already expressed his vision for the future of the Club both on and off the pitch.

"He is looking forward to this fresh challenge and getting started."

Draper scored an injury time winner for Elgin against Dumbarton earlier this month to confirm their fourth tier status next season.

He signed for Inverness Caledonian Thistle in 2012 and went on to become a Scottish Cup winner in 2015.

Draper moved to Ross County in 2017 before switching to Cove Rangers in 2021.

The midfielder was then loaned out to Elgin during the 2021-22 season, before signing a permanent deal last year.
