Caley Thistle players are waking up this morning without a manager, and ICT fans have taken to Twitter in both anger, and celebration.
The announcement came just after 6pm last night, when the board posted a statement on Caley Thistle's website.
With just two-lines it read: 'Richie Foran has left his position as manager of the club' adding that he's 'been a great servant...and put 100-per-cent into his job.'
Chairman Willie Finlayson commented: "Richie has been a great servant to ICTFC and put 100-per-cent into his job as manager; and previously as a player.
"We all thank him for his service and wish him and his family all the very best for the future."
There have been mixed reactions on social media overnight...
