£200k worth of drugs seized from car on Cromarty Bridge
A 29-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman have been arrested and charged in connection with alleged drugs offences.
Drugs worth £200,000 have been recovered from a car on a Highland bridge.
Officers made the find after stopping the vehicle on the Cromarty bridge yesterday morning at around 9am.
A quantity of drugs, believed to be cocaine, was found as a 29-year-old man and 23-year-old woman have been arrested and charged in connection with alleged drugs offences.
The pair will appear at Inverness Sheriff Court tomorrow and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
