Police investigate after reports of break-in at Inverness bakery

Investigations are ongoing as an Inverness bakery appears to have been broken into.

Pictures show a missing window at the Harry Gow's on Grant Street in Merkinch.

The bakery is closed today.

Police are making enquiries after initially being called out earlier this morning.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers received a report of break-in at a premises on Grant Street in Inverness shortly before 6am.

"Enquiries are ongoing."
