Police Find Car In Search For Missing Man
62 year old Martin Thomson disappeared on Wednesday evening.
Police are continuing to search today for Martin Thomson, ages 62, who is missing from the Huntly area.
The car that Martin had access to was found in the early hours of this morning in the Gardenstown area and searches are now focusing around this location.
Local officers are being assisted in the land and water searches by specialist resources from Police Scotland and by Coastguard and RAF Search and Rescue helicopter.

Area Commander Chief Inspector Richard Craig said: "We are increasingly concerned for Martin's safety and are continuing to carry out extensive searches around where his car was traced.
"Martin was last seen at around 7:00pm on Wednesday evening and we urge anyone who has any piece of information in relation to his whereabouts to contact Police Scotland on 101."
