Police appeal for help finding 49-year-old missing woman

North East Police Division are appealing for help in tracing a missing woman, last seen in Elgin.
Carol Russell, 49, also known as Raine Russell, was last seen on Sunday afternoon at around 3PM in Elgin wearing a long white dress.
She's described as 5ft 7in tall, medium build with long brown hair.
Sergeant Kate Costin of Forres police station said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for Carol’s welfare and are asking for the public's assistance to help trace her.
“If you think you may have seen Carol or have any information on her whereabouts, please contact us as soon as possible."
Anyone with any information is asked to contact police via 101 quoting incident number 0102 of Monday, 13 June, 2022.
