Paramedics help man following Black Isle blaze
The Sunday evening fire in Fortrose quickly spread to other houses
A man has been treated by paramedics after a fire which eventually affected four homes in the Black Isle.
Firefighters were called to reports of a shed on fire Fortrose around 6pm on Sunday evening.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service initially sent three fire engines to Deans Road in the town, but crews then found the blaze had spread to two neighbouring homes which were well alight.
Two more fire engines and a height appliance were despatched with fire crews eventually putting out the blaze.
SFRS said one man was passed into the care of paramedics, with the last appliance leaving the scene shortly before 7am Monday morning.
