Panos Thomas steps down as ICT Interim Chairman
The retired orthopaedic surgeon has resigned due to a "personal family reason."
Panos Thomas has resigned from the role of Interim Chairman at Caley Thistle.
The retired orthopaedic surgeon was appointed as a Director in February 2023, before taking up the role of Interim Chairman in August.
Mr Thomas is now stepping down with immediate effect due to what the club say is a "personal family reason."
There has been a boardroom reshuffle at ICT, with Scott Young now becoming Interim Chair after Allan Munro resigned from the board last week.
This comes just hours after manager Duncan Ferguson admitted he is now working for free at the club which is currently in threat of going into administration.

"It is now time for me to hand over to others to find a way forward for the club that I have supported wholeheartedly since moving to the Highlands to live.
"I wish everyone at the club the very best for the future."
ICT also thanked Mr Thomas in their own statement.
It read: "The club can confirm Mr Panos Thomas has resigned with immediate effect as a Director and the Interim Chairman of Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC's Board of Directors.
"Mr Thomas said it was with deep regret that he was standing down and explained his decision was due to a personal family reason.
"A retired orthopaedic surgeon, Mr Thomas was appointed a Director on 23 February 2023 and Interim Chairman on 3 August 2024.
