A man has appeared in court accused of murdering another man at an Indian takeaway.

Hidayet Ozden, 52, from Falkirk, appeared at Peterhead Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
He is charged with murdering Shahzad Shah, 56, in Mintlaw, Aberdeenshire on Monday.
He also faces a charge of assault.
Ozden made no plea or declaration at the private court hearing and was committed for further examination.
The Crown Office said he was remanded in custody and is expected to appear at a further hearing on April 21.
Officers were called to reports of a man collapsing at the food outlet, named in reports as Mirchi Tandoori, on Monday evening following an alleged incident.
Police said he died at the scene.
