Man Who Died In Aberdeenshire Farming Accident Named
The man who died following a farming accident in the New Deer area yesterday confirmed as 71 year old Ian Chalmers.
Enquiries to establish the full circumstances are ongoing and Police Scotland is liaising with the Health and Safety Executive and the Procurator Fiscal.
There are no apparent suspicious circumstances and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal in due course.
