Man's body found in Elgin burn near A96
Police working to establish the circumstance of the death following the discovery on Monday afternoon

Police found a man's body has been discovered in Elgin in a small burn.
The man was found near the Moray town's Tyock Industrial Estate just after 3pm on Monday.
Emergency services went to the scene and the nearby A96 was closed as a result.
Police say it is unconnected to the recent Storm Babet and the bad weather it brought, with many small rivers and tributaries swollen with rainfall in recent days.
The emergencies services work caused the road to be closed between the Tyock Industrial Eastate and Ashgrove Road.
Police say work is on going to establish what occurred to cause the man's death in the Tyock Burn near to East Road, Elgin.
