Around 11.15pm a teenager got off a No.18 First Bus at Calderwood Square and was pulled to the ground and assaulted her close to Aikman Place.

The girl screamed and struggled, which was heard y her parents at home nearby, who ran out to help their daughter.

The man ran off towards the nearby church.

The victim said she had noticed him getting on the bus a few stops after her.

He is described as between 20 and 40 years old, 5ft9, of stocky build, with ginger hair and black rimmed glasses. He was wearing a red hoodie, a black t-shirt and blue jeans.
