Man Arrested In Nairn Burn Investigation
A 25 year old man has been arrested in connection with a serious assault and wilful fire-raising in Nairn.
Police have made an arrest after a man suffered burns in an alleged attack in the Highlands.
A 25-year-old has been reported to the procurator fiscal in connection with the assault in Nairn's Tower Court area on Tuesday night which left the victim in hospital.
The 34-year-old man suffered burns to his lower body and was taken to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness, before being transferred to St John's Hospital in Livingston.
Police Scotland said a 25-year-old man had been arrested and reported to the procurator fiscal in connection with a serious assault and recent fire-raising incidents in the Nairn area.
