The deaths of several young people in Inverness has prompted their friends and family to set up a text crisis helpline to try and prevent similar losses of life.
'Mikeysline' is a new service aimed at helping young people who are suffering with depression or thinking of taking their own life
The bodies of Martin Shaw and Michael Williamson, both 23, were found at separate addresses in the Highland capital in early October, just days apart. Police are not treating their deaths as suspicious.
Weeks later the body of mother-of-one Stacey Duggan, 23, was discovered by her fiancé in their Assynt Road home.
Ron Williamson, Michael's Uncle and Jamie-Lyn McBride are founders of Mikeysline which will start taking texts on Friday 11th of December.
The text line will be open from 7pm to 7am from Friday to Monday. It will be staffed by volunteers and financed by fundraising.
