If Caley Thistle break their run of three straight defeats at St Johnstone it would come as no surprise if Carl Tremarco netted in the match.

With five this season, the manager's challenged the defender to reach double figures, despite normally not featuring much in the goalscoring chats previously.

In fact, five is more than all his other seasons since signing in 2013. Tremarco recently penned a new deal at ICT - and although he's enjoying the goals - would appreciate a clean sheet at McDairmid Park.

Carl said: "I think it's having a licence to go forward, the gaffer wants me on the back post, and it started actually with Yogi (John Hughes) getting me to go forward"

But Carl feels the form of his 8-year-old Seb - who is scoring goals in his side - is keeping him going... although he's yet to master any elaborate celebrations:-
