A mental health charity in the North East say they are recruiting more counsellors as more and more people come forward asking for their help.
At one point, the waiting list to speak to a counsellor at Mental Health Aberdeen went back as far as six months.
They've put it down to several factors, such as the North East's economic downturn, as well as people feeling more comfortable talking about stress, depression and anxiety.
