For anyone thinking it's been a short summer - well it has - but Ross County are ready for the new season.
Ross County face their first competitive match this weekend as they begin the defence of the League Cup title at Montrose.
The League Two side last faced County seven years ago when again, also in the early phase of this cup, they met the Staggies.
In Dingwall, County completed a resounding 5-0 victory back in 2009, with goals from Steven Craig, Michael Gardyne (2), Scott Morrison and John Stewart.
Back in the present day, and following a brief turnaround from last season's events, manager Jim McIntyre's had to quickly get County back up to shape for the start of the League Cup campaign.
But as the Staggies boss explained to MFR reporter Bryan Rutherford, the preseason has been well-executed:-
