An Inverness man is speaking to MFR News after he was thrown out of a nightclub after breaking his leg on the dancefloor.

Gary Mackay suffered the injury on a Saturday night out at Johnny Foxes.

The 28 year old claims bouncers lifted him outside and ignored his plea for an ambulance.

Now, he's asking for an apology for the distress caused.

Gary says a friend had to take him to hospital.

MFR Reporter Derek Ferguson speaks with Gary about his ordeal...

He said: "She phone her husband and he heard how much agony I was in at the time.

"He took their child, who is 1 year old, and came to take me to hospital.

"Doctors said it was something out of a car crash or ski-ing accident because it was that bad.

"The bouncers tried to say that I refused an ambulance, which is wrong.

"There were people next to me who heard me shouting for an ambulance, and they never bothered to listen to me.

"I just want an apology."

The owner of Johnny Foxes couldn't be reached for comment.
