Owain Fon Williams is still on a high after being part of the Wales squad who reached the last four at Euro 2016.

Returning to ICT after a two-week break, the goalkeeper wouldn't trade a longer holiday for his experience within Chris Coleman's side in France.

Back in the ranks at the Tulloch Caledonian Stadium, Fon Williams said:

"I think it was the best 7 or 8 weeks of my life, being out there with some fantastic people - both the boys and the staff - what the boys did on the pitch was incredible"

"I think it was 1958 the last time Wales had qualified for a major tournament - so Wales as a nation had waited so long to see a performance - and for me to be part of that 23-man squad, my friends and family were so proud"

"It was an incredible experience and we grew every game getting better-and-better and we got all the way to the semi-finals"

"We had that passion and belief that we could go all the way, we weren't afraid of anyone, and we had that something special in the side with everyone pulling together, everyone fighting for each other on and off the pitch - if you've got that you've got every chance of being successful"

"The boys had worked so hard for the last two years, the manager Chris Coleman made it clear what was needed to qualified, they worked their socks off, trying to make sure that we had everything in place to make a success in France"

"Being one of the 23-man squad is an incredible experience for me and time I'll always cherish"

But now it's back to business for Caley Thistle:-
