LISTEN: Holyrood Statement On 'Legal Highs'

Drugs Minister Paul Wheelhouse is making a Holyrood statement on tackling so-called legal highs. He is receiving the report of an Expert Review Group outlining ways to target new psychoactive substances. Professor Alison Britton of the Law Society and Caledonian University was on the expert group and says educating people of the dangers is more important than trying to ban them.
