Ice skating fundraiser for tragic teen killed in RTC
Moray Leisure Centre will be the focus for skaters on Saturday as they gather from 5pm as a tribute to Keiran McKandie who was killed in an RTC on Sunday 20th March. The tribute is also being used as a fund-raiser with friends hopeful of a permanent memorial to Keiran at Elgin Academy. Friends and family have yet to determine what form the memorial will take. The 16-year-old, an avid mountain biker, was killed on the B9010. However it was also on the ice that Keiran enjoyed spending time with friends.
