LISTEN: No doom and gloom for Foran and ICT

Still early days says the Caley Thistle boss, as they prepare to head to Tynecastle

It's two games, two defeats for Inverness - and while not panicking - it's clear that Richie Foran won't tolerate the same weaknesses which crept into their play during their 3-2 defeat at the hands of Ross County.

Ahead of the match at Tynecastle, Foran said: "Hearts are going to get a lot of crosses in the box, as they have been doing this season, so we must be solid - but that goes for everyone"

"We're been very disappointed with the goals we've conceded, so we've been doing a lot of work on that"

Foran, in his first season in management, hasn't been frightened to take his share of responsibility, but admits his players must improve if they're to start taking steps forward in their Premiership campaign.

"It hasn't been ideal, defeats are hard to take - but that's going to happen over the season - I've still got huge belief in these players and they've lifted me right back up this week"

"I'm lucky to work with these individuals - everyone's been disappointed - but there's no doom and gloom and we look forward to Hearts"

Josh Meekings is in line to replace the injured Kevin McNaughton who came off in last weekend's 3-2 defeat.

McNaughton's season could be over after he underwent surgery on his ruptured Achilles. Meekings has recovered from the knee injury which has seen him sidelined so far.

On-loan Hearts winger Billy King has to sit out the match against his parent club.
