LISTEN: Crackdown on hand hygiene at Highland hospitals

NHS Highland’s Infection Prevention and Control Team have welcomed the Infection Prevention Society’s hand hygiene torch in Inverness.

As organisations across the world mark Hand Hygiene Day NHS Highland’s Infection Prevention and Control Team have this week welcomed the Infection Prevention Society’s hand hygiene torch at the start of its tour around the UK and Ireland.

The Infection Prevention Society is using the torch tour to ‘spread the message, not the bugs’ as part of a hand hygiene campaign and the torch joined NHS Highland staff today at their local ‘Infection Control Matters’ conference in Inverness.
