Moray Council can't afford the £59million bill to maintain its schools over a five-year-period.

The leader says the authority must "make do and mend" only "what's absolutely necessary" as the council looks to cut £14million to balance its books.

A report's found that Buckie and Elgin High schools, and Keith Grammar are all failing to "meet the required standard for building suitability".
