Leaflets and posters issued in Inverness in a bid to trace teen

Police still searching for Adam Mitchell, last seen on the 10th of November.

Police in Inverness are distributing leaflets and posters as part of the ongoing search effort to trace 18-year-old Adam Mitchell.

Officers are focusing the distribution around the Longman / Harbour Road industrial estate area, where Adam was last seen in the early hours of Thursday the 10th of November.

Officers hope to raise awareness of search activity and reach out to anyone who may have seen Adam or has information on his movements. Business owners are asked to check all outbuildings in case Adam has taken shelter. In addition to the leaflet drop, searches on foot continue around the Longman / Stadium Road area.

Adam was last spoken to around 9pm on Wednesday the 9th of November at a pub on Baron Taylor Street in Inverness.

He failed to return to his home address within the Culduthel area and has had no further contact with his friends or family since. They say this is very out-of-character for him.

Adam's believed to have been in the Longman area of Inverness in the early hours of Thursday 10th November.

Adam is described as 5'11", heavy build with long brown hair and a beard. When last seen he was wearing a black leather jacket, a denim vest, black jeans and boots.
