A body has been found following a Moray fire.
Emergency services rushed to the blaze on Union Street in Keith this afternoon.
Despite firefighters being able to put out the blaze, police confirmed one person has died.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We were made aware of a fire at a property on Union Street in Keith around 3.35pm on Sunday, 28 November, 2021.
"The fire has been extinguished by the fire service but sadly a body of a person was found within.
"Enquiries are ongoing and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal in due course."
