Inverness High pupils allegedly caught with knives

Two-Inverness school pupils are reported to the Children's Reporter for allegedly carrying knives.

Two-pupils at Inverness High School have been reported to the Children's Reporter after allegedly being caught carrying knives.

Police were called to the school on Tuesday.

Highland Council has told MFR News that the head teacher has written to parents to reassure them that "pupil safety is a priority".

The school's also told parents that a police officer "will be visiting...to reinforce community safety messages to pupils."
