Hunger crisis in Ethiopia

Our reporter Linda Sinclair has travelled to the country to see first-hand the impact of the worst drought in 50 years

At the end of 2015 I went to Ethiopia with the Scottish charity SCIAF which helps some of the most vulnerable people in the world.

I saw first-hand how funds raised in Scotland make a difference on the ground.

In the African country it is feared 1 in 5 of the population will go hungry this year because of a desperate shortage of food.

The worst drought in 50 years means crops are failing, livestock are dying and people could also die.
