Human remains found in Orkney confirmed as missing Highland man
John Mackay, from Inverness, went missing at the start of November

Remains found on an Orkney beach have been confirmed as those of an Inverness man.
John Mackay went missing over two months ago.
Officers have now confirmed human remains found at Dingieshowe on December 14th are that of the 51-year-old.
A Police Scotland statement said: "His family have been informed and a full report has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal."
